Can I visit the farms?Unlike many factory farms, the farms which supply Valens Farms are private residences. A strict health code is also enforced to keep our animals safe and healthy. However, we will be adding photos of the farms in the near future.
Can I visit the butcher shop?You are welcome to visit our store, open Monday to Wednesday 8:00 am -5:00 pm, and Thursday to Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Are all Valens products gluten free?Our products are 100% gluten free. This means that there is no wheat products used as "filler". Even our spices are guaranteed gluten-free.

How do the deliveries work?Once your order has been placed it is prepared. Upon completion of the preparation, we will contact you (this can sometimes take a few days after the initial order is submitted) with the final price and delivery details. Generally we take the credit card information at this time if that is the chosen method of payment.
COOKING ADVICES & RECIPES
How should I cook the sausages?All of our smoked products are safe to eat; you just need to heat them up first! Sausages can be prepared on a barbeque, a grill or a frying pan.
