Boucherie Valens specializes in the processing and distribution of certified organic meats from chicken, pork, lamb, grain and milk fed veal and beef. Located in Huntingdon, the beautiful farming region of the Haut St-Laurent, one hour south-west of Montreal. The brand new butcher and meat processing facility was an idea of local farmers from the surrounding area (Elgin and Godmanchester).
All our meats must meet the highest provincial inspection standards. Our meat comes from family farms, which raise the animals in a humane manner, with respect for the environment. No genetically modified organisms, pesticides or fertilizers are used.
Our highly qualified team makes sure that your healthy and wholesome meats are packaged, aged, smoked or made into sausages with regards to the health of our valued customers.
